UK Delivery

Take delivery at our 18th Century barn conversion close to RAF Lakenheath. Production takes approximately 10-14 weeks, shipping to the UK is an additional 4-6 weeks. We'll prepare and register the vehicle ready for you to take delivery, all you have to do is provide the C&E941 forms to allow us to register the vehicle VAT free and we'll do the rest.

Shipping to England: $1,295

Local preparation: $650

Includes: removing protective material, cleaning, detailing, sanitizing, £50 fuel, in land transportation, plates, SVA test, registration, pre-delivery inspection/programming by local Volvo dealer.

Light adjustment:

$350 for XC90, XC60, V90, V90CC and V60
$850 for S60
Rear light cluster removed and replaced with a UK specification unit to enable turn signal to blink amber. The US lights are boxed and handed over with the vehicle, these could be used as spares or sold when you return to the States to cover the cost of the changeover. There is no need to revert back to the US lamp when you return to the States, amber turn signals are compliant Stateside. If you wish to do so, the change over is at the customers expense.

IMPORTANT!

Visiting Forces in the UK are entitled to TWO 'Concession Vehicles' if you're married, ONE if you're single. A concession vehicle is considered a vehicle purchased WITHOUT UK VAT (Value Added Tax) being paid.

A vehicle brought to the UK from the USA, a motorbike or vehicle from another member EU state could also be considered a concession vehicle!

Factory Collection (Gothenburg, Sweden)

Volvo are always delighted to see customers at the factory delivery centre in Gothenburg, Sweden. Volvo's famous factory tour, museum educational, a Swedish meatball lunch and the chance to browse Volvo's accessory shop are a highlight of everyone's experience! Volvo will pay for flights for two people to Gothenburg and one nights overnight hotel stay in the city. Once you're there, Volvo will collect you from the airport and take you to your hotel and the day of your Factory Experience will collect you from your hotel and take you to the factory delivery centre. All other travel costs (fuel, ferry crossings) are the customers' responsibility.

If you're residing in the UK, and you wish to collect at the factory delivery centre in Sweden, you will need Swedish temporary tags to drive the vehicle out of the factory - these are included in the price. To apply for these, we need to complete an application form and include a copy of your European insurance (which must start 1 month prior to collection).

On your return to the UK, your vehicle will need an SVA test before registration can take place. To pass the SVA test, the rear turn signals must be amber, please make sure this is the case when you order your vehicle. A light conversion will be required for every model except XC40 which already has amber rear turn signals.

USA Direct Delivery

Choose from 350 Volvo dealers Stateside to take delivery at. Choose your vehicle with plenty of time before you return (6 months would be ideal) to the States to allow for production and shipment. Please note: Sales tax and anything pertaining to registration in the State you wish to reside in are the responsibility of the purchaser.
